The hot chocolate souffle that just comes out from the oven is heavenly good. This dessert recipe requires to consume immediately.
This is not hard to bake it at home. You only need few ingredients.
In this recipe, I am using dark chocolate chips which is the best kind for souffle. Avoid to use milk chocolate, it will add more liquid to your souffle, and cause it to be runny.
I recommend serving souffle immediately to avoid the chocolate to cook thoroughly. You still want some running chocolate in the middle.
Don’t worry if soufflé is going to fall before it gets out of the oven. This is a part of the reason to make it.
Let’s get started.
