Hot Chocolate Souffle Recipe
Light and not too sweet. Perfect dark chocolate dessert.

- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs room temperature
- 4 egg yolks
In the small saucepan over slow-medium heat, melt butter.
Add chocolate chips. Whisk to combine. Remove from heat.
In the medium bowl, combine cornstarch and sugar. Pour in chocolate mixture. Mix until well combined.
Add the eggs and continue to mix throughtly.
Cover the mixture to plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
Reheat oven to 375 degrees F
Line 4 ramekins with parchment paper and grease them well.
Pour chocolate mixture in ramekins and divide evently.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for one minutes.
