Preheat oven to 250F, line to large, rimmed baking sheets with foil
Combine all dry ingredients directly in the prepared baking sheets
In the small saucepan over medium heat, add butter, honey, sugar, coconut oil, soy sauce, red pepper powder. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and everything is fully dissolved.
Remove the glaze from the heat. Pour the warm mixture evenly over the two baking sheets.
Bake for 1 hours, tossing and turning the mix every 30 minutes to prevent burning.
When it's done, remove from the oven and allow to cool it down completely before move them to the container. It will get crunchier as it cools
