I finally find sometimes to post today. I am so busy lately with family and events. We celebrated a lot of loved ones’ birthdays last month. But here I am today to show you another recipe of Vietnamese pork chop.
Porkchop is my favorite choice of meat to cook at home. It cheaps and you can play around with ingredients.
This recipe is super easy and most of the ingredients you already have in your pantry. You can impress your family by cooking dinner tonight. Let me know how it turns out.
Vietnamese Pork Chop Recipe (easy version)
Different way to make pork chop
- 2 lbs thin pork chop
- 1 can coconut soda
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- In the large bowl, combine coconut soda and pork chop. Let it rest for 10 minutes
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the pork chop.
- Make sure you mix them well. Cover with the plastic wrap and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice.
