Vietnamese Pork Chop Recipe (easy version)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs thin pork chop
  • 1 can coconut soda
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • In the large bowl, combine coconut soda and pork chop. Let it rest for 10 minutes
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the pork chop.
  • Make sure you mix them well. Cover with the plastic wrap and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve with steamed rice.
